Shipping Instructions

All shipments must include a copy of your completed submission form and accompanying paperwork.
DNA samples and pooled libraries must be shipped on ice, in tubes that are legibly marked with your name, sample ID, and date.

RNA samples must be shipped on dry ice, in tubes that are legibly marked with your name, sample ID, and date.

To minimize sample degradation, please ship all samples via overnight shipping and avoid sending shipments out on Fridays.
