Multi-parameter Imaging Mass Cytometry™ (IMC), utilizes CyTOF® technology, combining the advantages of both immunohistochemistry and time-of-flight mass spectrometry. By using metal-tagged antibodies, 40+ parameters can be measured simultaneously without autofluorescent interference, providing robust, reproducible, and reliable data. The Hyperion Imaging System is highly validated, with over 200 publications across a broad range of scientific fields, including cancer biology, neurology, immunology, biomarker development, drug discovery, and cell signaling. Our imaging technology has empowered researchers to uncover intricate insights into the complex spatial relationships of cells, pathways, and phenotypes within the tissue microenvironment in the context of disease.
