Learn About Georgia Tech’s Participation in The New York Climate Exchange

Earlier this year, Georgia Tech was chosen as a core partner of the New York Climate Exchange – a first-of-its-kind international center for the rapid development of urban climate solutions. A $700M multi-university space will be constructed on Governors Island in lower Manhattan in New York City, where Georgia Tech students, faculty, and researchers will have the opportunity to live, learn, and collaborate with our partner institutions.

In the coming months, Georgia Tech will have the opportunity to help vision and create aspects of programming for The Exchange. Specifically, we envision co-creating:

  • A Research and Technology Accelerator
  • Climate Solutions Fellows Program
  • Climate Solutions Semester
  • Climate Solutions Workforce Training
  • Climate Solutions Internship

Join Georgia Tech Professors Shannon Yee, Michael Gamble, and others for a townhall on The Exchange, and discover how you can get involved in this transformative collaboration and historic opportunity for Georgia Tech.

Light refreshments will be served after the presentation.
