This week’s Thursday Think Tank is co-sponsored by the Institute for People and Technology and the Strategic Energy Institute.

Data generated by the Georgia Tech campus, such as energy or network data, in addition to providing an operational function also provides many opportunities for research in and of itself.  Nonetheless, the ability of researchers to access the deluge of data generated by the campus is limited. If we could leverage this data, how might it change your work?  What data sets would you want access to?  Hear from a panel of working researchers and executives who are thinking about this problem at the campus scale and beyond. Join the discussion and share your ideas on what else could be done with these valuable data sets.

Facilitated by Jessica Rose, Associate Director, Facilities: Analytics & Communications, Chair of Data-as-Asset Taskforce

Jessica will facilitate a conversation with campus collaborators working on operational data.
