Todd Summe
Founder and President
Todd Summe is a seasoned innovator and senior executive with a 30 year track record of inspiring diverse teams and organizations for sustainable, technology-led growth at Novelis, Alcoa, Pratt & Whitney, and Bell Helicopter.
At Novelis, he served as the chief research and development officer, where he was instrumental in transforming the company into the global leader for aluminum automotive structures and recycling. He also spearheaded innovation incubators and external partnerships, such as the Novelis Innovation Hub at Georgia Tech, resulting in new ventures for artificial intelligence computing and advanced battery technologies. Throughout his career, Summe has led new venture and market development, product innovation and engineering, and materials research for a variety of industries, including automotive, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, renewable energy and building subsystems.
Currently, he is the founder and president of Encendia Inc., an executive consulting firm established in 2022. He lives in the Atlanta metro area.
