Research Faculty Advisory Council

Created by the VPIR in May 2022, the purpose of the Research Faculty Advisory Council (RFAC) is to determine how to increase research faculty engagement and job satisfaction in the Interdisciplinary Research units. The RFAC determines issues of importance to research faculty, identifying problems that reduce engagement, and developing solutions that can be implemented in collaboration with the Office of the VPIR. Below are the council members representing 12 IR units:
